Classes 7 days a week all open for any level of experience from beginner to expert, we have several instructors and assistants on each night to enable us to split classes for separate abilities.
Our Dragons class is for pre-school age, warriors for those 4-7. and then our junior classes are split on age but also height, as this is a combat art we need to try and make sure every student is safe to partner others.
Adult classes are for adults although some bigger under 18's are in this class again due to safety during partner work.
Family classes allow familles to train together reguardless of age.
