Little Dragons
Our little dragons class is fast paced and full of fun. Aimed at pre-school age, the sessions are designed to improve balance, coordination, and enbed the core principles of Martial Arts. Half hour classes that set up the students for life. Courtesy, Perseverance, Integrity, Self Control and Indominable spirit.
Small but mighty Warriors
Our warrior program is where the gradings start. We have a dragons system for the younger members, but the warriors is a prep class for the eventual move to Junior Taekwon-Do. Lessons are still short and fun, but now intergrating syllabus based activities that will earn the students full ITF belts.
Junior Taekwon-Do
Full ITF syllabus known through out the World, Juniors will do a longer class than dragons and warriors and more intense. We have a lower and upper junior class that we split on, this is not always done on age but more from a safety point of view. As Taekwon-Do is a contact sport we need to be 100% sure students are safe in the classes with others of an appropriate height, weight and maturity.
Adult Taekwon-Do
If you want to just keep fit, have fun meet new friends we can offer you that.
If you have asperations to become a World Champion and part of the national England Taekwon-Do team we can also offer you that.

Family Taekwon-Do
Train together. We have mixed classes allowing juniors and adults to train together. These classes enable families to do some parts of the classes together whilst spliting adults and juniors for other areas. all in the same room.
Families that kick together, stick together.
Further Taekwon-Do
Students who excel in class will be put forward to Development squad, where England coaches will take them through sessions and see if they feel the student has potential to go further.
If successful they will be invited to join TSTSUK Elite team that travels the UK and Europe competing.
If successful enough with Elite squad a place on the ITF Union England National team to compete all over the World is also within reach here at TSTUK.
